Washington’s Birthday Regatta

“Fun Sail & Raft Up” & Rum Punch Party

• Fun Sail & Raft Up destination will be weather dependent and will need to be determined closer to the date. Rendezvous will sail to a Sandbar not too far from CGSC. The destination will be announced at the Skippers Meeting and The Chowder Party.

• Participants should bring their own lunch/snacks/water/drinks.

• Rum Punch will be provided!

• Participants should have an anchor for their boats to anchor on the sandbar.

• Water shoes are recommended for standing in knee/waste deep water.

• Bring floaties and water toys for soaking in the warm waters of Biscayne Bay!

• Bring your own Bluetooth speaker for entertainment.

• There will be some shallow water moorings at CGSC available for free to keep your boats in the water after the racing and overnight Saturday night, so you can jump on your boat Sunday and go! Launch service will be available to get you to/from the moorings.

• Depart time on Sunday morning is 11pm. We will return by 2pm, so you have time to haul your boats out at the ramp and be able to drive home Sunday afternoon.
